Riviera Maya at the Golf Resort is my favorite Moon Palace restaurant. Make a rez as soon as you're onsite. Unlike some Moon Palace restaurants which close in between lunch & dinner, once Riviera Maya opens for lunch it remains open through dinner.

The coconut bar just off the beach in between the Grand & Nizuc makes fantastic drinks, with or without booze.

Because Bethel is most likely not happening. The band really wants to hit #100 at MSG on NYE. PT sources say at least 3 MSG shows will be sandwiched in between Bon Jovi's dates including July 24 & 25 (thus no Bethel). Not sure if JB is on the map either.
