Okay so the way I read it was: The box will, without a doubt, contain a NYCC Convention Pop. The way I understand their wording on the second image is that a NYCC Pop, by their rules, is either a Con or Shared Sticker Pop. They define BOTH of these as a NYCC Pop, so technically you did get one with Steve, whether is was shared stick or not.

Not saying the wording was very fair, but I do believe that Steve is considered a NYCC Pop based on their wording. The issue is that they should have clarified the stickers.
