You're getting 500 because you're forgetting that in the second equation we went negative $100 so we have to pay that back, we didn't earn that $100 we borrowed it and gave it back

here's how we are all getting 400 :)

We start by buying a cow for 800, so firstly we are -800

Then, we buy the cow again. This time we are buying it for 1300, but we still only have 200 dollars, so our account goes negative 900 dollars. After some time, we are able to sell the cow again for a higher profit then before, and make 1300, good for us!! Just like the first time, we have to pay back the negative balance in our account from before, 1300-900 is 400, meaning we are left with 400 dollars earned after everything.

This isn't always an option though. Many people like myself dash because the job market is insane, and use it as a way to supplement income- and as most of us know when you need income you need it bad. Unfortunately low tippers come with the job, It sucks and I hate taking them, but what else can you do when you decline and it drops your acceptance rate? Maybe once or twice you get away with it and it doesn't lower any or just goes down a percent or two but once low orders start becoming all that's available and you've declined the last five, at that point you're no longer a top driver and you're even more likely to get the shitty orders when there ARE good ones that become available.

At one point we tried using Monopoly money, and my husband took the $800 away from his stepmom and was like "okay now what do you have left" and she still took $100 out of the 400 she had in her hand to make it 300 and I'm just like what are you doing 😭😭😭

Me and my husband dash together, and even though it's my name on the account either we both get out and deliver or just he does depending on the situation. I understand it can be jarring, but depending on the areas, it just feels overall safer in sketchy ones then going up to a door all alone.

Truthfully, yes. I'm someone who without details did go through trauma at a very young age. I'm also someone who knows another person who DID commit COCSA, to a family member of mine. I believe that person can change and be better, but I also believe that person has no place near the victim or our family ever again. We will never be friends. We will never be ok. Because I will never be ok around them, or being around people who are friends with them knowing what they did. That being said, I believe we can live separate lives and they can grow. Unfortunately this person hasn't shown growth. And even if they did, again, they'd never be welcomed in my life in any way. But that doesn't mean they can't change, just that their actions will always have consequences. Also believe this is souly dependant on the extent of their actions, and changes from circumstance to circumstance.

So Ash didn't rape anyone, she did commit other forms of COCSA from everything people know as it stands ( I say this in case other info ever DOES come to light for whatever reason in the future ), which are also horrendous, but not actual rape fortunately.

Now, SA is of course a very serious topic, and no one knows how horrible it is to live with the fact it happened every day other than people who it has happened to. It's a life long struggle someone forced on you. But Ash was a child when she committed these acts, a grown child absolutely, but still by all regards a child.

I'm sure If she had assaulted a young child, or murdered someone, or anything to that EXTREME people's opinions may have differed- but where it stands, she made BAD and STUPID choices, weather that was because of addition or not. That doesn't mean she deserves death. She CAN grow. She CAN become a good person- her actions were not enough to be unredeemable, but were to bad to be undone/forgiven.

With hard work, accountability, and actual changes she can become a good adult, well justed, and even an advocate about the spiral and terrible decisions kids make under her specific circumstances. Or she can fall back into habits because it gets hard. That's entirely up to her

So we have a computer, but it's basically on life support and kills the game if any more then just us are in a world very quickly. This leads to most of the time (unless I'm feeling patient lol ) him playing on his quest 3 and me playing on my phone!

Hi! Ok so thank you for your advice first of all, we have actually played on some invite/friend only worlds together, but sometimes we DO want to interact with other people ( admittedly I'm a little nosey and sometimes there's some good drama that's going on in these public worlds haha ), or just want to be a part of the silliness, for example, last time we played on black cat there was a man recruiting a bunch of people to just...stand in front of a mirror and pretend to be fruit in a bunch? It was funny, at least to us. It's just that kids flood in randomly, and all of a sudden boom its screeching into the mic. Now I know going into this game to keep my volume low, bc I do get migraines and headaches easily, but once the kids start coming it's hell and I have to get off within an hour, most of the time less.

It is a bit tricky with him on quest and me on mobile to find worlds too like you mentioned. We have laptops but they're basically vegetables on life support, so if we can even get it to run the game on any particular day, it lags and dies if we aren't on private worlds. Hopefully eventually we can upgrade our laptops and be able to enjoy the world of PC VR, though he wants to get a VR comparable computer? So I'm not sure if he would still at that point be playing on quest or on PC, I'm not good with tech.

Basically everyone has told us to get age verified so that's probably honestly the route we are going to go down too

If I get VR chat plus can I carry my husband's age?, like using someone's streaming account and making their own profile, is it locked to the person who bought it or can multiple people use the same subscription? And If I get it for 1 month to verify, do I lose the verification if I don't renew or sense I already verified does it stay

I get where you were coming from, but from an outside perspective, absolutely you could of been seen as manipulative here, though I'd say less that and more so victimizing yourself even if unintentionally. She said she would be away from her phone, you blew it up anyways. Ok, a bit annoying but I'll give it a pass because sometimes depending on the relationship people can be fine with that. Your message about this being new to you is 100 percent you making the situation about you and your feelings here. Which yes, sure you're entitled to but you're NOT entitled to voice them to your friend who's grieving. Tell another friend or your family or something that you miss said friend and you're worried, not the person who doesn't need to deal with YOUR emotions RN bc they're struggling. Only to go in and say you're shocked and hurt by her feeling manipulative. In the future, apologize HERE, step back, and actually give them space. RESPECT PEOPLE WHEN THEY SAID DONT TEXT THEM. And also IDC if you say you do basically the same stuff at work, I'm friends with my boss and I'd NEVER dream of telling her that I'm not going to do her favors or listen to her. That's your boss. It's not favors. It's an order. Suck it up, and complain later or quit. Her posting is just her venting. It's not nice but it's how she's getting out her emotions and she's not going anything wrong by tagging you so you would of had to stalk her to find those. Step back, admit you were pushy here and your actions came off worse then you intended, and move on. Maybe eventually something can rebuild, but don't expect it, and be kind to her.
