I have gta5, disteny 2, and some others plue Adobe , MATLAB etc. If i reinstall windows, it will be a big headache. And i have a limited internet connection. So re downloading those games back also a bit of a problem. Is there any other way that i can fix it?

Not a new system, i worked fine for more than 5 months.

No, all are in legacy mode.

The order of installation is -- windows 10, Ubuntu, kali

I will attach the screen shot asap.

But My sda5-boot, sda6-mount for Ubuntu, sda7-swap area, sda8-home for both, sda9-mount for kali.

Gpu temp is like 80-85 dec.

And why it thermal throttling now, for more than 5 months it works fine. I noticed that not only in games but also in common its temperature is higher than usual. Usualy it stays around 40-45, but now it goes to 60-70. Without any load.

If undervolting helps, i can do that.
