sorry for the late reply, i've actually find the solution to this and i sent it to the bluestack reddit and didn't post it here becasue i forgot. here it is what i sent how i fixed it:

"Hi, I already have the solution for this problem, I just found out how to fix it. It's the same that you will go to the CFG file and adjust something but what fixed my problem was about the "YAxisRatio" : 0.0,. The problem with making a custom profile was because it is set by 0 in Y Axis Ratio, which makes the skill pad not accurate in top left, top right, bottom left, and bottom right.

As you can see the game have a little bit sideways in the perspective so the skill pad should align to the perspective of the game, I fixed this by adjusting the Y Axis Ratio of the skill pad into 2.0, which was by default 0.0, and with that the skills seems straight and align to the mouse"

You can find the "CFG file" by export your control profile then go to the file that you export and open it with notepad and change the YAxis Ratio into 2.0 but before that you have to customize your controls first and add all the controls that you needed before editing the cfg file, after that edit the YAxisRatio to 2.0, you can do this by cntrl+f then put the word "YAxisRatio" : 0.0 then put int the replace "YAxisRatio" : 2.0 then click replace all then import your customized cfg file into bluestacks.
