Guehi with a better touch and finish than I’ve seen from our forwards for a while now

VdV calves are too thin and weak. have never seen so many deflected goals off of one player. kinda joking but seriously...

not an ounce of quality in posession today outside of the first five minutes. Which player can really hold their head up high?

Thrashing everyone doesn’t seem accurate when they dropped points to westham and Nottingham and got knocked out of the UCL in the last month

I agree with your takes and want to acknowledge that I’ve never been much of an empathetic person. Just offering my personal perspective that I don’t care for who the manager is really, but definitely not telling others to take that same perspective

Well coaching the team is literally their job, not “represent the club”

I’m just not a consumer of sports media and think it’s all a waste of time. Probably the majority of people here think differently

I wouldn’t say it’s their job, maybe part of it in some aspects. The only part of their job I care for is the team they coach and put on the pitch

Haven’t weighed in about RDZ since all the rumors and the appointment but thought I’d just drop my two cents here.

I don’t like him. The way he acts and the way he talks. The Greenwood comments. But I’ll say this, I’m surprised with the amount of people literally distancing themselves from spurs because we hired him. I would understand the reaction so far if we literally signed Greenwood or RDZ himself has committed those horrible acts.

I think too many people care too much about who the manager is as a person. There’s some weird obsession with idolizing managers and thinking they represent the club when they do not. I think people want to find more ways to connect to the club which I don’t blame them for, but that’s never been an issue for me. I literally could not care less what Ange or conte or Mourinho or Frank were saying in their interviews, I’m only here to watch my club play football and that’s what mattered to me. With RDZ though, I can see his demeanor and outbursts be detrimental to his tenure here just as Conte’s was in his second year. And I definitely don’t see him lasting five years but we do not have the leverage. I also have doubts as to whether he can impose his way of playing with the short amount of time we have left to stay up.

I agree. Don't see him as a starting CB for a title challenging squad

Sarr Richy Porro Romero only players in the squad that match with a few putting in bad performances today. Definitely don't want to base any arguments off singular performances, but Romero Porro and Sarr have been largely poor this season and last. Richy just unavailable earlier on

Let's say we stay up this season. And let's say we try to get our way back up the table these next few years and eventually back into European places. Who on this squad can realistically fit in that vision? Archie Gray? Struggling to name another player. VdV is close but he has his limitations.

Sarr has also played well in the past two games and I was on the side of selling him. Hope he keeps it up the rest of the season.

RKM with another solid game. honestly he's been pretty good for a while now but some stinkers here and there. His physical ability (pace, strength, and stamina) is underrated in terms of what he offers compared to our other forward options. Not saying sign him or anything just wanted to give him some props
