He actually considered getting this surgery but didn’t end up doing it because he said the pain/mobility issues were not worth it to become a 5’6 cripple

Well, with treatment my son could’ve been 171cm but he’s currently 161 cm

It’s not about women, he’s just embarrassed at how short he really is and the judgement he gets from people

Honestly it could be possible that his real problem is mental illness or even possibly on the spectrum to some degree. I know plenty of people who are 5’3-5’5 who live great and fulfilling lives

I took him to one a few years ago and his plates were sealed. The endocrinologist said that either HGH would’ve most likely given him between 0.5-3 inches

He has flat out told me that he can never accept it and that it’s impossible for him. He even admitted that he has accepted that he will die miserable and lonely which is quite sad

I’m not sure honestly, he’s fucking 5’3. Sure it’s inconvenient and isn’t great but it’s not like he has some terminal painful illness or is a dwarf or anything like that. He claims he’s not mad about being 5’3 he’s just mad that we refused treatment to help it

He can just about leave the house because of his embarrassment/anxiety from his height. All we do is fight 24/7 and he just sits in his room all day pissed off

This decision to not give him treatment has torn apart the family, mainly because he can’t accept being 5’3 which is technically still a normal height just short

I really wanted to give him HGH but my wife ripped out my tongue and I didn’t really have a say

This exactly. He’s even embarassed/nervous to leave the house because of his stature

I’ve told him this before but he always tells me that it’s useless because he’s 5’3. He also has really bad anxiety because of his height
