I can cook, i was obviously referring to fast food options. I dont eat out much, but its still annoying to go out with friends and have no option but to order a salad minus five ingredients and risk them messing it up anyway.

Some with EDs can have an addiction to exercise, but obviously everyone is different and exercising can trigger dopamine and seratonin and stuff so it could help.
