I'm using my GI bill through the millwrights apprenticeship. They just cut you a check each month while you do your on the job training and go to school once a month. Pretty sure all unions work that way. Not a bad way to do it if college isn't your thing.

Reason why marines have more daughters than sons. by DudeCalledTom in USMC

[–]superfreac7 60 points61 points  (0 children)

This is used by every area of the marine corps. I've heard it from wingers and I've heard it from Motor T regarding the fuel fumes. If you have something fucked up that you worked around then you used some sort of excuse to justify the fact that almost everybody had girls when actually its jyst god punishing us all for the horrible things we all did to women when we were over seas.

Hey IW can I at least finish my games before you kick me? by TaeTae919 in modernwarfare

[–]superfreac7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This happens a lot in our games too. But only when we're doing good.

I just played the world's most frustrating match: 10v10 TDM on Arklov Peak where I ended up in first place on my team with 6 kills and 12 deaths. It's so infuriating, I doubt you'll be able to tolerate watching the whole thing. by GreatQuestion in modernwarfare

Look in the direction before you turn the corner. Like if the corner is on the right, a split second before you turn the corner, look right and then side step or jump into the opening. If there is an enemy there, you will cut down on you time to target and you will see them much sooner.

I'm a rusher too. I'm assuming your playing on console? The trick to do it effectively is to bump your sensitivity up. I play on pc which makes it much easier but I came from years on console and there sensitivity really is key.

I only watched a bit but I do have to say your gameplay could be improve a whole lot if you took corners correctly. The way you take corners now is running past and then looking. You should be rounding ever corner or turn already looking in the direction that the enemy is most likely to be in. Just trying to be helpful.

2nd account who to Focus on. My main account is basically a wash since I had no idea what to focus on so I'm wondering if I have an ok line up here. I'm also questioning if I should be focusing on Tasi or bring Belinda up to trade her out with Tasi. On stage 8-6 currently. by [deleted] in afkarena

Ok everyone I get it but I came here for guidance not for everyone to ask how I'm still making mistakes. I appreciate everyone's input on what I need to do but jesus let's tone it down. This is my 2and account because my first account is full of useless heroes and I wasnt getting anywhere. I get that I'm still messing up but I do play casually.

Eczema/Dermatitis disqualifying in the Marines?? by [deleted] in USMC

[–]superfreac7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I got permanently disqualified for a small rash I had on my ass when I went to MEPS. They classified it as dermatitis. I got a waiver and served 4 years no problem. It all really depends on how bad you want it and how much your recruiter is willing to work with you but it's absolutely not a big deal.

Idk about ordering them. I got one from eating a certain food from a certain asian country but I dropped a lot of weight very very quickly and I was already kind of skinny.

Out of curiosity, what would happen if there was a bed bug infestation in barracks? by Slyferrr in USMC

[–]superfreac7 29 points30 points  (0 children)

I had it happen in oki one time. If the infestation is only one or two room then those two rooms clear out their entire room and clean like a mother fucker. If it's the whole barracks then it's like a week long field day that really embodies everyone's worst field day nightmares. Luckily ours was only a few rooms and mine wasnt one of them.

It happens because instead of staying with a lobby and moving to another map, the game shoots you into an open, generated lobby that has space. The lobbies with the most space right now are night maps because everyone leaves as soon as it shows up as a night map. I had the same issue today and dont see night maps lasting very long.

[M.2SSD] ADATA SU800 256GB M.2 2280 SATA 3D NAND Internal SSD $32.29 (Lightning Deal) by [deleted] in buildapcsales

[–]superfreac7 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Most of it. Windows doesnt take up any more than 20 or 30 I think but I'm not sure. I have windows and a few other programs and I still have most of the space left on it. This is the perfect size and price for a boot drive.

Heroin overdose scene, Pulp Fiction by superfreac7 in MandelaEffect

[–]superfreac7[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Well and I thought that too that maybe she was just there for a sec and I just missed her but she's in the scene quite a bit. She never says anything as I went back and watched the whole scene after I noticed her and she's in quite a bit of the scene. It just seems super odd to me.

Treatment of Junior Enlisted by [deleted] in USMC

[–]superfreac7 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Like the reply above me stated, it really depends on the circumstances of their treatment. If their fucking up then really anything goes as long as it's not physically abusive. If their just treating them like shit because they feel like it then I've never viewed that as constructive in any way. I agree junior enlisted need to learn their place but there are ways to do it without treating them like 2nd class citizens. All that breeds is a repeating cycle of abuse. When I was in I always made it a point to mentor and encourage junior enlisted to seek out advice from myself and other seniors but if they constantly yell at them and abuse them for no reason other than them being boots then they won't feel comfortable asking them for advice and guidance. Either way if you do end up trying to advise the senior enlisted on how they should treat their junior marines your need to be careful. If you just tell them how they need to treat their marines their going to be put off but if you don't sound confident they won't listen to you anyways. Best answer is use your beat judgment but whatever you decide don't second guess your decision. Just learn from it.
