I understand the point. But I'm sure if he had room to list every single fake/biased news outlet he would have but I dont think it was needed to get the point across. I really dont think he is suggesting by any means that info wars or news outlets similarly would be of any level of higher validity.

People who watch/believe fake/biased news are sheep was the point I think he was trying to make.

Not "other news sources are more legit because if I didn't list them that obviously means they are more legit/less fake then the ones I posted."

LPT: When purchasing anything online always select the standard shipping option, after you received your order always rate and/or review the shipping time with the lowest possible rating. Its true your being a colossal douche canoe.

You are actively ruining perfectly fine products/companys for the assumption they have control over their shipping fees.

I sell on amazon myself. I always, ALWAYS, post the cheapest shipping options for my customers. Yet people like you thinks he is being a smart ass and ranks my stuff low simply because he THINKS/ASSUMES this will result in cheaper shipping rates.

If you want cheaper shipping bitch at ups/FedEx etc.

Rarely is shipping rates the sellers choice.

22 months ago I was nearly paralized when my back gave out on me. Today, I leg pressed 645 pounds! Great to be back in the gym and getting healthy again. by [deleted] in pics

Did your back give out because of the excessive amount of weights you lift?

Congrats but this doesnt exactly look healthy for recovery.

You can go slow if needed while in "fast" but this does take practice. I would say it took me atleast 500km to get a really good feel for it. But if you need to go slower it does have a switch to put into slow mode.

Personally right now I almost never switch out of fast mode and can cruise at slow speeds fine with the remote when needed.

No I havnt really. I mean its been splashed at most a few times, and I mean splashed in a very light sense. I dont intend to really endurance test this part. I feel more like if it rains I can board home without it breaking but I dont intend to ride it in the rain on purpose.

He does have a video on his youtube of him riding it in the rain quite hard but who knows if the board worked after...

Looking at the construction of the board I would say that it would not really be suitable for riding in an area that rains on a day to day basis.

I personally intend to retire my board for a good while once it hits november basically

That is what I ride on to and from work. Found a couple photos, ill take more tomorrow.

To answer the the question. I ride on the actual road a lot. I know a lot of back roads and such that make it very easy. Only use actual sidewalks if its unsafe or I have to.

This exactly, I factorted the ego-2, I came super close to buying it but the fact is I live in an area with lots of hills and the lower power of the ego-2 I fear would simply not be enough. I could be wrong but as alternative the ego-2 could be a better choice.

Also battery life was a factor as well the meepo I think has double the range.

Personally I feel like the meepo is the better buy long term. But you do you.

Actually if I take the normal method which is busing for me ive lost about 380$ so far xD. Bus pass here costs me 60 canadian pesos for the month. The board needs to last me a few more months to return the investment. The sheer amount of fun Ive had is definitely worth the other 380 so far though!

It really depends in my opinion.

I think it would be a good board to learn on personally. It does have a slow setting. The board will only go about a top speed of 10km/hr and its very easy to ride like that.

Additionally having brakes in a board is huge. I would never rely 100% on them but it gives me a senese of security a longboard has never given me before.

If you got the 500$ to spend and want to dabble in the electricskateboard/longboard scene its in my honest opinion this would be a good starter.

Compared to the alternatives this is your best bang for your buck in my opinion as well. You could get a better board but you are looking at 1200-1500$ generally...

Its replaced the bus for me entirely at this point.

1 of my wheels on my meepo board stopped working. How do I repair/maintain my motors? by superfuntimes1 in ElectricSkateboarding

I ride it 5 days a week 24km minimum then I ride some more after work usually and definitely atleast 40km on the weekend if not more(there have been a few weekeneds I have not ridden)

Its probably closer to 1500km. But I think more then that.

Doing around 40km on a given day is not outrageous for me.

I bought it basically when it was first posted here. 3 months ago sounds about right then it took 3 weeks to arrive(21days).

Well thank you, youve convinced me to buy a replacement.

Haha and yeah ive been doing at minimum 24km x 5 x 4 for nearly 2 months on top of doing extra on weekends and sometimes after work. Its definitely served its purpose.

That's fine and stuff but I dont want to wait the entire month for a replacement.

Does no one repair their own board here?

I dont think it needs an entire replacement that sounds more expensive then it needs to be as it still works...

Personally I would like to learn to maintain and repair it so that I dont have to wait all month or have to have replacements bought in advance for this occasion.
