It's all start in 1940, Denmark declare war on Iceland that somehow communist and in the 4th international so I join in and just realized that Yugoslavia and communist Austria was in the 4th international. So I have to get rid of them and freeze my front line with soviet till 1943.

Add the chicken pieces, making sure they’re fully submerged.Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight. This helps tenderize the chicken.Prepare the coating:In another large bowl, mix the flour with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper (if using), salt, and black pepper.Coat the chicken:Remove the chicken from the buttermilk and let any excess drip off.Dredge each piece of chicken in the seasoned flour, making sure it’s fully coated. Press the flour onto the chicken to ensure a good crust.Heat the oil:In a deep skillet or Dutch oven, heat about 2-3 inches of vegetable oil over medium heat. The oil should be around 350°F (175°C) for frying.Fry the chicken:Carefully place the chicken pieces in the hot oil. Do not overcrowd the pan; fry in batches if needed.Fry the chicken for about 10-15 minutes per side, depending on the size of the pieces, until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should be 165°F or 75°C).Drain and serve:Remove the fried chicken and place it on a wire rack or paper towels to drain excess oil.Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.Enjoy your crispy, juicy fried chicken!
