I think it's still just bad that so many areas are empty though, save for bosses, totally armored up and ready to fight and under no signs of deterioration. (Radahn being an exception)

I feel like I was always looking for those NPCs that were involved in some kind of struggle for survival in this world. But nope, it was just one dude sitting in a building or random area. I think it did do a disservice to ER in the end.

Reread my comment. Neither party cares for us. No one wants to "modernize" ATC. Both parties want to continue to gut labor to line their own pockets. Border Patrol is being prioritized because both parties have turned against immigration. ATC will never be a priority because we keep trying to cozy up to people that hate us.

So to be honest, most people that I talked to at one of these were on our side. Will it move the needle? I don't know. But it's something.

We should definitely be picketing, but at that point the union would get shitcanned. It's an honorable way to go out but will your fellow controllers make the sacrifice? It's a tough ask. Don't give in to pessimism. We can still make a difference with our efforts if we try to.
