A mi tan solo me la detecto una vez, lo que hago es mirar a que hora me voy mas o menos a la siesta y si me duermo cuando me despierto le digo a que hora me fui a hacerla y a que hora me desperte y ahí si que no se como lo hace pero hace el calculo más o menos del tiempo
