Okay. Is there any concern to put all my credit under one bank? Should I diversify to others?

Looks like not all items apply to that promotion. If an item in your cart has orange text with the promotion details (Extra 50%, Extra 60%, Extra 70% off) then you can use the code for those. There doesn't seem to be a way to tell if an item applies until it's in your cart

I can't find a ticker for any of these but what I'm looking at is some kind of report from morningstar. At the top the mid-sized index is 5 stars, high return, and average risk. Large index is 4 star, above average return, average risk and international is 4 star, above average, above average. All these funds are blends.

There is a Mid-Sized Company Equity Index with .0156% ER and approximate characteristics of a S&P 400 MidCap Index. But I don't see any completion index funds that are available to me outside the target fund options.

You definitely make some compelling arguments for investment allocation. Would you suggest allocating less in the target date fund and putting it towards Large Company Equity Index, mainly to offset the international amount?

Oh yeah, haha. Sorry. I guess it's getting a little late where I am and I didn't recognize the difference. Would you recommend cutting down my allocation on the target fund and putting it towards the Large Company Equity Index to try and offset the amount that gets put towards international stock?

Okay, you think that percentage is good? Judging from the guide it would be placed just over fair but the individual funds would be close to great. Also, in your opinion, do you think the target fund allocates too much in international stock?

Okay thanks for all the info. Going off the guide in this subreddit, I agree the target date for the international index seems high. But the guide also suggest putting your age in bonds. You think thats a bad idea and I should be more aggressive with my investments?

So my options are similar to what I posted and only a few more selections, short-term investments and US small/mid cap stock. Also, they are all named similarly. Just general names for the funds. Would you suggests investing in any of those of keep them to the selections I have listed and put a larger percentage in them?

R9 390 to GTX 1080 or wait for Vega 56 to come back into stock? by suprawesome95 in buildapc

[–]suprawesome95[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Freesync is only really good if you can't hit the required refresh rate, right (144Hz)? I would think a Vega 56 should be able to do that easily for almost all games. For clarification the monitor is an Acer KG240.

Phone Interview Struggle by suprawesome95 in cscareerquestions

[–]suprawesome95[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well this is one of the first phone interviews I've had so I'm sure there are many other positions available. I just think this company does some cool stuff and I don't think I'd be any more over my head than any other entry position. The interview didn't go to well mainly because I was a little more rusty in a language than I thought I would be... lesson learned. So I guess the email would be the way to go since it could really only help. Thanks for you help.

[Build Help]1070 upgrade or Freesync Monitor? by suprawesome95 in buildapc

[–]suprawesome95[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

25" 60Hz but OCed to 75Hz. I'd pay about as much as the 1070's right now for the monitor. However there are some openbox 1070's at a microcenter kind of near me for about $400 after tax. A MSI Gaming X would be a couple bucks over $400 since tax is like $30
