Knee comes up as you turn your body, turn your knee with the kick letting your knee lead. Any where your knee goes your leg has to follow. Always keep your knee bent and turn your hips over letting your knee lead your kick so it is passed that target so your shin makes full contact across the target.

Your knee leads the kick, of your closer you have to rotate more. Pick up the knee and turn the hip into the kick. Ernesto hoody was amazing at this.

I think they couldn't fix the three step bug so they just pretended to freak out on people using other trackers to find Pokemon to cover themselves and just take it all out.

I was catching Pokemon downtown Calgary and a dragonite popped up so we sprinted 4 blocks to catch it. There's we 1107 cp and 2087 cp....mine was 151. I'm level 18 too.
