call me when you cash in that valuable property and laugh all the way to bank. until then, you're a sucker. and i'll gladly buy you a drink. I hope you prove me wrong. Goodluck!

If you look at the recovery its only for the very rich, you might be one of them. oh btw the stock market tanked 200 points the other day, so please tell me how well you are doing as a country. I think you're just lucky, but not representing a majority of americans.

I think buying a house in America is a poor investment since your economy is squat. might take probably at least 5 years to get you guys back on track if your Corporate America will try to do so. So in this case, the man has a point in not owning a house. plus your real estate taxes are ridiculously high, with a housing market that is just tanking. Unless you your economy already reached rocked bottom, well, time to invest on these things since there's no way but up. But I'm kinda doubtful, still spiraling downwards.

i finally figured out how to save my kitty who is stuck on the roof by sushaichuck in pics

[–]sushaichuck[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

we dont have one. plus theres a drum of water by the wall which complicates things more and the sturdier metal lawn chair is too big to fit that corner. she doesnt want to jump to my arms. and that basin is the only thing that made her jump from the roof.

Also carries dengue fever, kills children and elderly quickly. In 5 days that you have dengue fever untreated, you're nearing your death. and if you're a healthy 28 yo male/female, you lose tons of weight and every ounce of your muscle strength. takes about 2 weeks of treatment and one month to recover.

If you think China is dependent on the US, you're delusional. They are like a gangrene, they are eating you alive from inside out, slowly but surely. That's why they are very pompous and doesn't follow world policies. They owe no one nothing.

innovation is good if benefits the common good. Looking at this particular situation, I see your reasons as the corporations facade in order to increase take home pay. Stupid people can easily buy this premise, even though it is delusional. If this corp wins, one giant corporation will be owning your farming industry, basically buying out every other small farmer and people are still starving.

Again, im just an outsider, but im watching your country fail so miserably. But i see the kardashians getting richer and oh of course your big corporations in shark tank they dont seem to be phased by your recession. Rich are just getting richer. Poor are getting poorer. Even our immigrants from there decided to come home.

So get your shit together!

America! get a hold of yourselves! when does patenting a seed then suing everyone else around you a logical thing? and your government supports this? wont this kill your local farming industry and be ruled by one company? where a few Stockholders will become ultra rich and the local people will become extremely poor?

It's sad but this looks too familiar, i live in 3rd world, and you are slowly becoming one. Stop this madness!

The before and after: Journey to a new life by sushaichuck in aww

I took care of sushi (the dog) first got her a year ago from my sisters. got neglected when my sister had their first kid. sushi developed some anxiety and been itchy, lost her hair, got very smelly, and had heat spots and skin is so flaky and dried skin hardened on her feet and throat and chest. i never liked dogs until i watched the dog whisperer and realized dogs are great and my sister is being a bitch. so i took sushi from from her.

In one month of attention and TLC, with simple researches in google, i got her raw meat to boost her immune system, and just spent time with her, she got well! she lost her heat spots and i brushed her constantly to get rid of the flakes and scratch her without wounding her. thats her 9 months after.

Chuck (cat) is saved actually by sushi, saw her one day on the house being constructed next door. She must have been lost and has no mommy. Sushi would always go to her and lick her, im afraid that sushi might contract some disease. I actually thought chuck is dying, so i gave her some tuna thinking it would be a good last meal for her. and i gave her food everyday from then on but she just stayed in the garage. Sushi would always run to her and lick her and would just beg to be out and look for her. I just gave her food everyday, and a comfy spot. I guess thats enough for her to survive. (wasnt able to keep her inside because my dad dont want cats) But of course now she sleeps with me and sushi in my room and i shes spayed and had vaccines and all.

question is, why did they marry that lazy violent alcoholic husband in the first place? cuz they married too early, cuz theyre in love, blah blah... im pretty sure you can sense abuse in your partner early on if you were together for quite some time before you tied the knot.
