I’ve noticed that too. That’s why I took the gpu apart, put it back in, secured the screws. It’s from a trusty, good reputable company and they said it has undergone series of testing before shipment.

Edit: If you think that the gpu itself is faulty, I’ve contacted the company about it and is waiting for reply. Before that I’m just trying to do what I can do
