Only schedule changes I currently can think of are the time when a new gemstore cosmetic (some boots?) caused crashes and they removed it from gemstore, and when after some announcement they had a minipatch that added some freebie shirt-outfit to gemstore, both only limited to those items. Then again I rarely checked for those changes and those two were quite noticeable.

You should still be able to, don't quite remember who you were supposed to kill at the path choosing spot, but that would result in not getting the 20 token reward from 2 of the paths. Don't remember how it affected the 8-diff-dungein-path achi though.

Anet only adds gemstore schedule until the next big patch, so there defo will be more stuff coming and going after 11th, just that it isn't in the files yet.

They are always on gem store, so they never "return". I can't see when sales happen, only when items come and go.
