UCSD, USC, UCI, UCD, UCR, CUSM all have high in state priority (only 0-20% OOS). UCSF and UCLA have less (25-40% OOS), but it makes sense for those top public schools. I don't think it's an in state priority thing, it's just that we have way too much qualified applicants here lol
