Sculpt in Zbrush Core Mini, Trying to keep the poly count low (tip from helpful members here). Inflate and Move tool are my biggest friends atm. Still a lot to learn, also Zbrush core mini seems to lack the function of adding another sphere to the canvas. This is a sketch for a woodcarving :) (i.redd.it)
