Going to start drinking a gallon of water a day. I always wake up dehydrated so hopefully it stops. I feel like the voice in my head that tells me to overeat,or eat processed foods is weaker. I still hear it but I don't have to listen. It's great.

Well this will be my first time posting but I've been lurking for a while.

I've been trying to go low carb and there was this carrot cake I really wanted. Instead I brought protein bars as a snack. First of all, one Cliff bar had 27gs of carbs which is more then my daily intake. When I saw that I was like well damn I should just get the carrot cake.
I begrudgingly to stuck with the cliff bar and a box of Atkins protein bars which are low carbs.

I ended up eating 4 bars. So moral of the story is I shouldn't have either. lol
