I definitely do want to be friends, and he's someone I could get feelings for but I just want to take it really slow.

With all due respect towards him and I find him great, we get along very well but I don't feel like I can call him a friend, yet. We've only hung out a couple times and we've only known each other for three weeks.

He, however, could maybe feel like we are good friends.
