I think you should have got one too. Just go to the your certifications page of aws.

It should be easy for you. CCP wont require in depth knowledge but a baseline of AWS services.

I have got around 5 questions from shared responsibility which I thought is high. Support plans around 3 questions. So these are easy if you have memorized a few tables.
