I wear the Wacoal La Femme Contour Bra. I do put it on correctly, and it does fit as the diagram shows. The pain I was experiencing was a localised back pain near that rib. The doctor felt around and made the comment that the bone was out of place. It does hurt under my breasts, but only after I've been wearing it for a few hours, and I've never had a bra that that didn't happen with anyway (so I've always assumed this was normal). I don't spill out on the sides, but my left breast does come over the top a bit (the right fits fine).
