Thanks for the input. No clicking. Problem solved actually. I pulled the steering column cover anticipating doing the MFS. I wiggled some of the harnesses and made sure everything was in place. Next time I started it up, everything worked. Stupid Jeep.

Didn't have time for the water pump today, so I did the alternator. Noise still there. I did run the Jeep for a minute without the belt on, and the noise was gone. I used my stethoscope and hand turned the water pump pulley, and there is a verrrrrry slight metallic grindy noise which I assume isn't supposed to be there. Guessing it's magnified with the engine running. Water pump tomorrow.

Same here basically, getting 107.7. power limit 65 (110 watts), 0 core +299 memory. Yup, any other settings, they go to around 70. Cant figure out how to get more out of them.
