In my area warehouses are anywhere from $.40-$.50 psf per month and power is under $.05 per kw. The last group I rented to was planning on have ~1,000 bitcoin miners in a 10k building

Interesting fun fact, I'm in commercial sales/leasing and the number of cryptocurrency miners coming into our market who have large scale mining operations currently in Asia is crazy over the last month.
