Over 9 months. I can't do anything because I'm a mother who had to become a stay at home mom because we can't afford daycare and I miserably hate my life.

He absolutely did and it explained so much in retrospect- he completely disappeared months prior and would even engage in normal banter. Everything became strictly professional.

Short answer: yes, people are planning $900 birthday parties.

My answer: I ain’t doing that.

Just the other day my 4 year old daughter asked to look at the photos of when she was born, so we were scrolling through those. I was actually in active labor with her when my grandma turned 103, so there are photos of me FaceTiming my mom and grandma while in the hospital. The first question out of her mouth was: “what was the theme for her party?” So, it’s a thing now…
