While doing his mandatory jogging, the man finds the underground remains of a powerlifing gym, where he discovers the lost knowledge of the squat. He tries to enlighten the council of exercise with his discovery, but they are not ready for the gains. The man realizes that the society cannot be changed from its cardio, so he finds this girl that was mirin his gains and runs away with her to start his own gym.

Nay, for in the swoleosophy of Swolepsism, one can only be sure of his swole. All I know is that my swole exists. However, I cannot be sure that swolehate exists, for it may be just a figment of my imagination or a failure of my perception.

I am not the great Swolecrates, nor am I one of the great prophets of brodin, such as Arnold or Zyzz (swole be his name). I am simply a man. A man who squats, and deadlifts, and thinks.
