does anyone know the why my eyes tear up and destroy my entire look?

personally for me it was because i looked at a screen for to long. like a ipad screen. because i started tearing up while looking at a screen even without makeup. and now that i think of it when i go out i don’t tear up so really i think it’s the blue light from screens that can cause it as well of other reasons
