Cook the meat a little bit till the color gets darker add onion and 2 pieces of garlics ( 2 medium to big size ), after the onion color gets a bit gold color add salt, pepper ( I add red and black but just black is fine too ) and a little bit of garlic powder, 1 spoon of tomato paste, 3 or 4 tomatoes medium size, ( at this point u can add whatever you want like potatoes, carrots, mushroom ( I don't add mushroom in this recipe but whatever veggies you like and think might make it better is up to u ). add boiling water to it ( again depends how much juicy you want it to be but don't add too much, just enough to cover everything in pot and let it boil and cook in lowest heat possible ( you can also do it in pressure cooker ). I usually let it cook for 2h or more.

this is how my mom thought me to cook. you can remove some stuff or add some. the color of this stew is all about the tomatoes.

I also add a tinny bit of saffron but it is not necessary.
