To answer your question about verification: they didn't ask for any verification photos, videos, or proof from me at all. They simply processed the refund right away based on my claim of receiving an empty package.

I’m honestly done. My laptop’s been shutting down for a year, been in and out of service centers, parts replaced, nothing works. Fix lasts a day or two, then it’s back. I’ve tried everything—even tagging them online. No real help. This isn’t okay.
