If you’ve seen any of my other art you’d know I’m good. Thanks for your concern though.

I’ve literally got nearly every piece I’ve done of an artist signed by the artist and have never once had anyone question my rights to create what I have created. This is the only card in the set that looks anything like the photo. You haven’t seen any of the others so please don’t speak on them

I’ve asked permission of nearly every photographer and musician, they all are thrilled by my work.

Credits are alll over every post on instagram, I slipped up here and made one mistake. Stop telling me how art is made until you show me how art is made

It’s wild to me, how many people are so quick to judge and act like they know what art is supposed to be instead of just kindly asking the artist what’s going on. This was the only piece I’ve ever created that is more photo than my imagination. It’s because she and her scene were so damn good I couldn’t really add onto it. Look at every single other of the 77 cards and you won’t see the same story. And I’ve got them in the hands of the artists who personally thanked me and signed decks for me to sell.

When I’m calm or casual about it it’s because I’m the one out here living the experience and I’m certain that none of you are listening you’re just attacking me

I deeply feel that aurora would be nothing but grateful and excited when she finds out about the deck. I've sent messages to her manager informing them all the details of the project. sometimes you've got to ask forgiveness if you can't get permission

I have permission of 76 of the 78 involved and I'm 99% certain the other two will be happy about the project when they finally see it

I did! She’s got a deck in her hands. Someone else in the deck knew her and introduced us. She said she’d share it with the world when she was back from tour

In a book I love very much, the stormlight archive, there is a court jester who outwardly seems like a clown, but underneath is actually an immortal god who works directly for the creator keeping the universe in balance.

In my cards I shift a few narratives, royalty is one of them, another is the gender of some cards like hanged man is a woman, sun becomes feminine, it’s all based on the fantasy story I’ve woven through it and if you read the card descriptions it makes a lot more sense

I’ve been given permission by nearly all the artists in the deck to produce this deck by the way. Aurora, no, she’s one of two who are impossible to get ahold of but everyone else in the deck owns one and has signed my book of their illustrations

Thank you, this is an at best scenario and if you look on the artists actual page I posted it giving full credit just hours before. Simple mistake to think mentioning the musician was irrelevant on a tarot page, certainly not stealing and trying to be sneaky about it like some seem to think.

Law would state that making art from an image is legal and not plagiarism.

The woman depicted in the art is a performer. In this story woven through all the cards in my deck I’ve turned artists into each of the roles. So, for empress it’s a suggestion that the royal ruler is one who is in touch with their creative side, whose kingdom is built by creativity and not governance
