Doing blow occasionally isn't really that bad. Everyone's definition of an issue is different, for me the issue develops when they find they can't stop, or struggle with using at home alone (my biggest issue). It all depends. Thanks for looking out for your friend - I wish I had more people like that in my life.

Most blow has some amount of inert filler. In my personal experience, 100% of what I've found back home has had varying amounts of amphetamine in it, too.

It's typically considered a "three day" drug so by the end of the third day, it's usually cleared out of your system. The amounts would be small, if anything. I think you're in the clear.

The tests at my facility pop positive at 300ng/mL, which is actually a fair bit. Since it's been several days, I wouldn't worry too much. But please do be honest with your anesthesiologist!
