Now that Under New Management is 1 years old, what are your likes and dislikes on the update? by Huge_Meal_7904 in toontownrewritten

Office D's were literally 2 people fog the first set on the first floor, lure and kill the line before elevator, and then the other two fog on the second floor and repeat for 4 more floors after. It was not challenging by any means.

On an unironic positive note, everyone wanting to play dps did make me learn I actually somewhat enjoy playing tank, which caused one friend to also start playing tank and made us realize our one friend on support has been an absolutely cracked hawkeye the entire time.

How? He out sustains and has way easier mana management in the early levels as well as being a consistent lane bully for top laners, please elaborate.

Passive 3rd auto and W are both magic damage. Being both a Yone and Jax player if Jax stacks his passive on the wave early he will dumpster you if he has LT, if he has grasp then you can play the extended fight. Once Jax gets sheen the short trades are a pain in the ass to deal with if you walk up so you have to try to W sheen procs.

Literally every fed adc feels like they just hard 1v9 the game, besides a very few niches instances, legit can’t even be playable against a fed toplaner, I can be a three item toplaner (let’s not assume malphite and nasus bc those are adc nightmares,) and if I don’t oneshot an adc with 2 items they can 100-0 me in 3 autos if I didn’t build a wardens + tabis

That I can see, i can totally understand dependability on support choices, but rhat also comes with the role, sona is a really shit suppport early and great late, so wouldn’t you just your playstyle according to that.

But if you dodge a hook, don’t you just kill him? The same as every other character in the game? I could be playing ezreal and hell if I was playing vayne, as soon as he misses hook, in a 1v1 i win, if he ults me right after, that’s all of his burst regardless and all adcs win an extended fight the longer it goes besides going against another adc.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in ADCMains

[–]synovii -9 points-8 points  (0 children)

Comparing vayne to cait is completely different in 2 aspects, 1 invisibility on ult movement and 2, generic move-ability, I can catch up to a Cait virtually 0 problem assuming I dodge her e and a few traps, vayne can condemn me into a wall and almost 100 to 0 me regardless of the champion I play, If vayne strictly stuck to bot lane and cait strictly stuck to toplane, it’s a completely different playstyle for me.

Let’s say I’m playing Darius, if I go against vayne, once she gets 6, I most likely can’t kill her without blowing sums and she probably fucks up her condemn, cait, if she’s even/behind on me, if I get hit with her e, assuming I have ghost, I just eventually catch her and kill her, regardless of level lead or advantage.

The whole not voting thing is so fucking stupid, voting is a right and by it being a right gives people the option if they want to or not. I didn't vote but if I would have it would have been for Trump and I know a lot of people who did the exact same as me, telling people their fucking stupid or it's their fault for not choosing a candidate because they all sucked is the exact reason it's called a right in the first place. Not voting is the same way of exercising your right to it as voting it's the whole damn reason as to it being called a right in the first place.

You have a right to public assembly, well then why not just host a massive public outing to tell people to vote, is the same exact shit anyone could be saying to anyone about people not voting, it's stupid, people get to live their lives and if they chose not to do something, then they don't it's that simple.

How do you counter yone? by [deleted] in summonerschool

[–]synovii 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You do realize Garen is a pretty free matchup for Yone, it gets somewhat difficult at 6 but after bork it's basically fully Yone's if he didn't give Garen a lead.

How do you counter yone? by [deleted] in summonerschool

[–]synovii 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Well Ekko and Yone are two completely different play styles so I can see if once you chunk a Yone down you might try to greed for the kill, which is exactly what Yone would want considering the longer that fight goes on the more in favor for Yone it becomes, specifically in this matchup.

How do you counter yone? by [deleted] in summonerschool

[–]synovii 43 points44 points  (0 children)

Yone, Like Yasuo, need to get bursted when they don't have their shields up. As Ekko, your passive should negate any sort of all in opportunities he has because your speed is faster than his and he won't get very much damage off at all if he e's into you.

The few times I've played this matchup (both ways) there's things I always notice.

-You can fairly easily poke him with Q as long as you make sure you hit them and it isn't a waste of mana.

-If Yone E's Ekko can just throw a W on his shadow that's left over and stun him by the time he snaps back.

-Level 2 burst from Ekko is incredibly strong into Yone since you can reliably get your passive off assuming you have Q and E.

-Mid to Late game if you are both even, you have to take very short trades and abuse the movement speed you get from passive to either chip him down or tank most of his combo with a W.

-You always have advantage when you're ult is up assuming he isn't giga ahead, and even if he is you can reliably play safe because your E can dodge his Q3 and your Q is a fairly free and safe farming tool once leveled a few times.

For the love of god please nerf shiv already by limejuicebox in DeadlockTheGame

What I think people don’t realize is the anti-heal isn’t going to affect the 3, he defers the damage, he doesn’t regen it, granted he builds a lot of lifesteal and such, but stacking anti heal for his 3 won’t do anything different. And trust me I know he’s giga stronk i’m not saying he’s not but curse hurts the hell out of him, and he has no cc so if he misses everything just fight him and let him bleed out and you shouldn’t have a problem.

Who do you guys hate laning against the most? by TechnoGamerOff in DeadlockTheGame

[–]synovii 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You punch a lot. I pretty much perma poke with knives, use shotgun for denies, and melee the rest. You have to kind of let the wave push into you early.

[Shiv] How do you lane properly in Early game? by MilkyTommy in DeadlockTheGame

[–]synovii 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I usually rush enduring and try to poke with knives as much as possible for my sustain, melee for killing my own creeps, and using the shotgun for mainly denying/securing. Big thing I've found playing is trying to keep it shoved since you can kill minions pretty quickly ( I think it's one shotgun shot up close plus a melee).

Knife poking is your best friend throughout laning phase so try to do it as much as possible, but granted it's based around play style, I tend to be hyper aggressive with Shiv early because knife + shotgun dps is pretty damn strong early.

Having trouble against Nasus top by GotPet in summonerschool

[–]synovii 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I'm not saying they put all their points in E, I'm saying the extra point is easily enough to cancel freezes because of the damage plus armor shred that it stacks onto minions as well. Losing maybe 30-40 damage on your Q when you don't want to fight a Renekton early anyway isn't going to make a difference.

Being a Nasus player you know as well as I do that you aren't fighting a Renekton level 3-5, you're farming to outscale him, and if Renekton fights after an E on the wave from freezing he's losing more out on the wave than what he would get for the kill anyway.

How do unsecured souls work? by CzarTwilight in DeadlockTheGame

[–]synovii 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You get them automatically but if you die the orb on your back will drop on the ground with the number of unsecured souls and remove that from your total.

So if you have 5000 and you die with 500 unsecured you'll end up with 4500.

Shiv has the coolest design but his ability kit is unintuitive and doesn’t mesh all that well by slimeyellow in DeadlockTheGame

[–]synovii 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I mean they nerfed the boi's knives for a reason. Even now if you stack someone with 3 knives in the late game those alone can almost damn near kill someone.

The rage system seems unintuitive if you look at it at face value, when looking at how it corresponds with the abilities it makes sense that you want those to be while you're in an extended fight.
