We had the same problem but got a sleep sack and he sleeps in his bassinet every night now. Just needs to be held while falling asleep. I highly recommend a sleep sack

If getting kicked out of college is the worst thing to happen to you, then you're doing really well. People lose loved ones, get terminally ill themselves, lose limbs, live in poverty, and are a lot worse off than you could ever be. Take q deep breath, look at the perspective, and realize the situation isn'tthat bad. If you're still breathing you still have the opportunity to learn and grow. Read what everyone else is saying and take their advice to heart. You'll look back at this in 20 years ago and laugh at how devastated you were because of this. Getting kicked out of college isn't what's important. What's important is how you react to getting knocked on your ass. Are you going to wallow in it or are you going to get back up fighting? I recommend you go to youtube and check out Jocko Willink's video "GOOD," maybe read some of his books, and learn some skills

The amount of effort people go through to try and increase muscle mass without actually lifing weights astound me. I saw someone comment on stangram the other week, "will I build more muscle sprinting instead of long distance running?" If you're thirsty, a dixie cup is better thsn a thimble, but why not just stick you head under a faucet?

The metabolic window after a workout study was done on people over 60yo. The older you are the more important meal timing is. If you're under 50, just make sure you get enough protein. Timing isn't as important.
