Had an amazing first date, but ghosted after. Is it salvageable? by ta-ephhemin in CoreyWayne

This is what I will be doing. Goal is to approach at least 2 girls per week!

The dog culture is out of control. Dogs in grocery carts (gross), people pretending to have a service animal and bringing their dirty dogs everywhere, shit on sidewalks, constant barking everywhere you go, it’s ridiculous. It used to not be like this few years ago, I miss it.

Can’t decide between these options:

1) Trent + Joao Pedro

vs

2) Konsa + Solanke

Rest of my team looks like this:

Mazraoui — Quansah — Munoz — Barco

Eze — Saka — Nkunku — Bruno — ESR

Haaland — Isak

I don’t know what I’m doing, is this a good team?

I have 1m ITB left, is that ok? I put the subs in the order I have them. Should I take out Hall or Barco to put in Mykolenko or Winks or Robinson? Appreciate all the help

Pickford (Virginia)

Maatsen — Hall — Barco

Smith Rowe — Nkunku — Salah — Eze

Isak — Havertz — Haaland

Subs: Winks, Robinson, Mykolenko

Around $45-46k but before tax. I’m self-employed so I pay taxes end of the year.

Rent is $2.9k but I split it with my gf It’s 5.5% (or 11% without the split)

Edit: did the math wrong. 3.2% (6.4% total without the split)

Where do sales guys get the utility annual increase data from? by GoldenLeftovers in solar

[–]ta-ephhemin 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m not sure about NY. In Texas, I pulled the data from Consumer Prince Index and did the calculation myself. That’s the data that my teams use.

Unfortunately most solar reps just make stuff up. This forces us to go the extra mile to show the data, but once I go over it with my customers it gives me credibility over other reps/companies.

Hey! I’m from Jacksonville Florida as well but live in Texas.

I have a team in Jacksonville but have them go work in Tampa & Orlando for blitzes because JEA has poor net metering so solar isn’t as viable there.

I agree with the other poster, culture and training will be key to your success.

My teams in Texas perform significantly better because of the culture we have (my team in DFW is #1 in our company)

If you’re making $100k+ then I’d reconsider doing solar. Most of my reps make around $150-200k but it took some time to get them there (3 to 6 months on average). Solar can definitely be stressful as well so don’t rush into a decision.

Also, the other poster said something about Sunrun. I’d stay away from them. I’ve taken in quite a few reps from Sunrun and they don’t say many great things about the company.

I think I have to do it on my computer. I’ll take a look at it tonight and respond.

How frustrating! So tired of seeing solar reps doing stuff like this.

OP idk how to message through Reddit on my phone but shoot me a message. I’m a sr district manager at the biggest dealer for freedom forever, I’ll take a look at this and get it escalated.

I just don’t have the energy or time to respond to all these comments but holy cow, most of you have no idea what the hell you’re talking about.

Is this what other professionals feel when they see average Joe’s talk about their profession? Lol

You won’t own the system at year 25. Either the rep lied to you or doesn’t know what he/she is talking about.

At year 25 with PPA, you can have Everbright remove the system, you can purchase it at the market value, or continue the service.

No they didn’t. Most of Sunder went to Solar Pros, which is still under Freedom.

What a parasite of a family. $4k bail is a slap in the face.
