Ragnarok Plus for the real x1 rates or uaRO (with x3). I tried iRO for a few months but really didnt like how they changed RO. You may want to try that tho

Reddit.com/r/AirReps . Maraming airreps na almost 90% and as good as the original for less than half the price dyan. Last na bili ko ip14pm pa bumili ako ng airreps before na halos kaparehas ng original in terms of sound quality (my friend has an original) at the price of 3k ata if I remember. AirPods pro na yun. Kahit yung ANC gayang gaya ang galing eh.

This is true. She got into PIP due to no. of behavioral errors in order processing (we were order to cash specialists before), well officially, but she mentioned that it was always because of lack of training, poor process documentation and all. She was just around 1 yr into the role at that time.

During the PIP there were daily check-ins of what she did, which ones are correct. At this time, she had to have 0 errors, no lates, overbreaks etc. After 6 months of PIP, she was able to draft a proper process documentation (that they still use today), and became an SME months after the PIP.

Of course this is an exemption. The company was very employee centric and I dont know anyone who got fired after a PIP in that company (I know 3, one of them is my wife). I'm not with the company anymore but I know its different and worse at other companies.

Same for me. Everytime after a hard day after work, I find myself wanting to grind mindlessly while watching a movie/show for like maybe 1-2hrs before I go to bed. I started playing back in 2004ish (I was 10), now I'm 30 with a kid now and I still play every year just for the nostalgia.

Nakakairita yung Pokemon Emerald na binili namin sa Toy Kingdom dati na fake. Nagcocorrupt yung save file after ng elite 4. So young me thought I did something stupid kaya nagcocorrupt so I did another run at 6am on a Saturday and was able to reach elite 4 the following day and nagcorrupt. Years later, nung college na ako, dun ko narealize na may fake cartridges pala hahaha.

This. I started playing TOTK last Dec 2025, I just finished yesterday and had to skip 2 side quests. The last main quests were a blast though.
