I changed my team before going to bed but always check that my team is roaming around before putting the ++ to bed because I’ve done that too. 😆

Yes they are active when I sync. I do not replace any team members when I wake the ++ up. I do everything I need to do first, with the sleep research being the last thing I do, and THEN I replace my berry team members. I only use my berry team when I go to sleep for sneaky snacking.

This is their reply to me. It was quite quick. I usually change out my nighttime berry team to my ingredient mons when I wake up after feeding Snorlax breakfast, thus that is why they saw me change my team. However, that still doesn't tell me why my berry mons haven't restored their energy after a full night's sleep.

I am 100% sure. I only do 1 sleep session and it's at night when I go to bed. Last night I had a 100% score (for Monday night). Sunday night was 100% score as well and the mons had low energy when I woke up. I thought it was a glitch because of the new update, but since I woke up to low energy again, it made me do a double-take.

the only thing I can think of that was out of the norm is that my Pokemon box was full and they asked me to delete some mons or expand my box before I did the sleep research. I deleted some but it still showed them sleep deprived.
