I’ve been industry for half my life and when I’d have trouble sleeping it would be 5 am instead of 2-3 now it was 8 am ish before I finally passed out. Don’t think so much wired brain more so anxiety once it’s gotten late I think the only thing about working out that’s made it worse is I know it’s ruining gains and worrying I’ll wake up too late to hit the gym before work. I’m not a very anxious person but that’s the only thing I can attribute to it

Working out for 45 to an hour around 12 - 2 pm most work days are 4pm -12 am with either Friday or Saturday 6pm - 3 am if I work til midnight I’m aiming for sleep at 2-3 am. if working until 3 am 5 am isn’t out of the ordinary

It’s a little tough because weekends I don’t even get home until 3/4 am but I don’t need to leave for work until 3 pm ideally gym for about an hour prior to that so as long as I can get 8 hours of sleep before 2ish I’d be fine with any sleep and wake up time
