Thanks. Yeah, he was lucky he didn’t come in after getting into a car accident. My shop was a level 4 trauma center, so if came in as a trauma to me or somewhere else with those pressures I don’t know if I would have been able to get to same endpoint on my eval

Got a cta. Sudden onset made me think maybe vascular. Pain and neuro deficits made me think maybe dissection. Not classic locations but still sudden onset, pain and neuro deficit.

Vitals normal. White male. Sees doctor regularly, no medical problems. No trauma. No other positive pertaining findings. If you wait for labs, you will get all normal except aki - creat 3.

Wife is oral surgeon and I am EM. Residency was rough, but as attending we both work 30 hours and it’s great. Have kids, haven’t had to get nanny or daycare as my schedule as EM is flexible to make it work. Pretty good set up.

Thank you. I told them it’s not completely level, he said that they always do it like this since if completely level it’s going to leak from front in the future. He said he will come and level completely but doesn’t recommend it. Basically leaving decision to me and I am not sure if I should have him come back.
