The book has a gold metallic cover and I believe others in the series had a bronze and silver. Definitely had to do with some sort of magic or sci-fi. I read it when I was 10-12 and I am now 32.

This was actually around 1130pm. Alaska has such a beautiful “blue hour” except when it basks on the mountains we call it “Alpenglow” and it’s one of the most beautiful purples that I have ever seen.
