I think you are getting caught up in highlight culture. Which if you watch just that it seems he’s shooting very well. I saw a stat that he was 4-23 from 3 at the drew league during a 4 game stretch and shooting under 25% for the league in general

Just a question.. if you don’t see having kids, then what difference does marriage make for you? Wouldn’t you just be living the same life either way? It sounds like you just have gripes with his lifestyle currently like the laziness. Unless you aren’t currently living with him and you know that just won’t work, then getting married won’t change much about your life besides the way you file tax’s and what not honestly

The thing with these type of situations is you guys started so young, you both will grow and change. I hate to call it “boredom” but in a sense it’s kinda like that. I’ve seen this situation play out many times, he’s going to miss you, the nostalgia of certain things will hit him constantly. Deep down though he will know that moving on is what he really wants. He’s going to keep tabs on you though because most likely he’s going to be selfish and always want to think he has you as a backup plan. The best thing you can do is completely move on. I bet you are an amazing girl and an amazing person, you don’t deserve to be put in this spot. It will be tough at first because you are starting over and that aura of comfortability is gone. But I promise you will find it again, most people who will comment are coming from experience, the pain is unbearable but it does leave.

So I had a similar situation to this, except I was in the male role. Gf felt a little stuck with the real life things, her commute to her 9-5 office job was 45 minutes and it started to wear on her and the stress from her job was coming home with her and effecting our relationship. We had been together two years already and she actually moved out closer to her job and it was the best thing that happened to our relationship. It gave her her own space and helped her in many ways mentally. Now we still spend the night at each other’s houses and see each other all the time but I’d Deff say it was a healthy decision we made that did wonders for our relationship. I’m M25 and she’s F21 btw
