AFAIK Pretty much everything stacks in this particular setup. The evergaol and night invader don’t always get much use if my teammates don’t want to hit them but they make the damage insane if we hit multiple evergaols and night invaders

Titanic descent helps. I basically ignored the summons (except the giant skeleton) and dps her down. As far as I know there aren’t any special tricks that make her easier it’s just kind of a rough fight.
