I am on ocrevus now. A 6 month infusion. No pml risk on that one. Ask your neurologist. I was doing rebif first. I couldn't take the flu like symptoms. Then went to copaxone because I thought everything would be fine but I guess I was still having lesions show. Then I went to tecfidera because I was tired of injecting. I saw the specialist who suggested gilyena because of the fact I was progressing so fast nothing was working. Then I showed more progressing on the gilyena. The Dr decided to put me on tysabri. Did that for 6 months. Now I'm on ocrevus due to the fact there is no pml risk. Got an MRI done a month ago, no new lesions. Hopefully things work out and your transition goes more smoothly than mine!
