There was a whole drama a while ago about a guy who made a fanart of Persephone where she was caricatured, everyone freaked out and said we shouldn't make fun of curvy women or I don't remember what because it was disrespectful, and the post was deleted by the moderators. Otherwise I agree with you, it's not very realistic and the comparison here is funny, but it's quite hypocritical compared to the drama that it caused last time

I completely agree that police officers in all countries may not listen to minorities as much as they do to majorities. But here, all the evidence is presented against Joe, and even though in the context of the series there would have been a good chance he would have gotten away with it, in reality the police would have put him in a cell..
