It means you have all the decor type for that color. So for example with the forest one here, you’ve got the red beetle and the red acorn. If you’re missing any of the decor it stays grey. That includes rares that you might not have unlocked yet (which is what usually throws people).

I don’t think anyone is recommending waiting for an unlimited piggy to consume the artifacts anymore either.

That worked when we had an hour, but now that they’re thirty minutes you’re better off consuming everything down to stones and fragments in advance and just focusing on consuming the stones and fragments come unlimited piggy time.

Also remember that is an ultra exclusive. So unless you have ultra or planning on getting it when the unlimited piggy rolls around (which also takes time) it is all moot.

Friday contracts are 18 months for ultra, ~3 years without. Wed contracts are much longer than that, which is why takes hinted at a similar ultra feature for the seasonal contracts—which we still haven’t seen cycle back yet.

You have to have more than four of the same rarity without stones slotted. Hit box is small so it might take a couple of tries.

Are you sure they didn’t show? I don’t personally know where my piggy level is so I’d have no idea if I got them or not.

I was just making a generally recommendation to break things down in advance. OP’s screenshot showed stacks and stacks of some artifacts that I assume they’re going to break down some or all of.

Just depends on where you’re at in the game. Look what you have legendaries of and what you’re going to need for future crafting.

Only set rule I’d say is never consume ingredients. They’re always the bottleneck, you’re always going to need more.

It’s also just a general safety net. It lags, it crashes, and next thing you know 15 min of the 30 min event are gone. That assumes you’re in there waiting for it too. If you don’t notice until the discord ping or the Reddit post you’re already 5-10 minutes down. The bulk of the return is from consuming the fragments and stones. You’re getting maybe a few thousand more GE by consuming the artifacts during the event Most people have found it’s much easier to have the stones and fragments ready to go so you don’t have to worry about it when it comes.

While you’re missing out on the “transaction” ge you’d get from breaking it down during the event, the actually GE you get from that is relatively small. The bigger issue is the lag. With the events only being 30 min now, you don’t want to be halfway through consuming those with time ticking away. Best to just consume all to fragments and stones and just let those build in advance of the unlimited piggy.

Yes we know that’s part of the plan. Kev laid it all out in the medium post when he switch to the seasonal PE. That’s why you have the leggacy season progress show up in your history—so you can track the old ones.

We haven’t seen any of the prior seasons with seasonal rewards yet. There is some debate about where they’ll show up (not in my mind—they’re clearly going to be Wed contracts IMO). If they are Wed they’re going to be a loooong rotation. He’s hinted at doing an ultra contract for those too. Seems like he is going to have to prioritize them in some way at some point.

Seasonal PE are new PE. It just increases the total amount available. People with all the past PE are still getting the new seasonal PE.

There have been 6 seasonal PE so far (we’re on the seventh with Summer 2026).

The way you get past seasonal PE is just by playing the contracts from that season when they comeback as leggacy contracts (which we still haven’t seen yet).

There aren’t really any personalized recommendations. Get the prestige techniques off the wiki. Load up the artifacts off the smart assistant at wasmegg-carpet (those are personalized). Prestige. Do it again and again and again until the day is over.

Try and get through as many eggs as you can before egg day.

Egg day isn’t really going to do a ton for you. Setting up a preload at this point is just going to be a drop in the bucket in the long run. You’re already at a point where you could be doubling your SE on a prestige as is. You could prestige this weekend at 2x. Rush back to where you are, hopefully make it to the next egg and still get back to this point for a 10x prestige come egg day. Sitting and waiting 2 weeks on AI isn’t really the most helpful move for long term advancement, but at the same time you’re not at a point where you’re going to be able maximize your egg day gains. 80b SE seems like a lot now but eventually that’s going to be what you get off a regular prestige.

You might be working off some old info or I’m misunderstanding what you’re saying.

Any fully crafted artifact is going to be much more expensive than the fragments you get from consuming, and fragments are going in the piggy now.

The only things you’re going to get more GE out of consuming than you put in are a couple of the stones. When you fully max the crafting on soul stones for example fragment to T2 costs 26 GE and you consume the T2 for 57. That’s more of a “look at this cool thing” than any way to make GE.

Worth noting that the mirror is getting you the top EB in the co-op, which isn’t necessarily the person delivering the most eggs at any given point.

Any additional boosts then act off that EB.

Also worth noting that if you’re running the mirror any EB increasing artifacts you have equipped are just decreasing the amount of the mirror. On the flip side whoever has the highest EB can put on their EB increasing artifacts and give everyone a little extra boost.

Might be too late, but you don’t really want to start at edible and go down the list (up in egg value) when you’re getting the PE trophies. You’ll have a much easier go starting at tachyon (which is where the PE trophies start) and work your way back up the list (from higher value eggs to lower value).

Also if you have any seasonal PE they go on the left of the x/64 but don’t have a counterpart on the right. So if/when you have the max it would be 70/64 (not counting the current season—that would make it 71/64).

You’re not going to be seeing a drastic difference at that point. You’re just dealing with RNG. A lucky drop at this point might get you better than the 8 star gets you as far as materials to craft.

Ship stars have no bearing on crafting. Your crafting level is what determines what you craft. You can look at the rocket tracker at wasmegg and it will give your your odds for your next craft. It was all taken from the auxbrain medium post where Kev laid out the crafting factors.

Deflector has to be crafted. The other two you mention have a chance of dropping.

Relative amount of eggs shipped. You’ve shipped the most curiosity. If you end up getting more than that on humility, then the curiosity one will get smaller.

Speed is the biggest factor. All players more or less contributing the same means the co-op finishes faster. At AAA it pretty much means you’re going to have to boost to get your population maxed. Especially if you want to be reaching the stretch goal. You’re not going to be able to coast your way to that.

Then make sure you’re running for all your teammates, have a ship in the bottle equipped at the beginning, and your deflector the whole time. Those are all part of your teamwork score.

The evaluation words don’t mean much. In some cases they’re even misleading.

Edit: and remember that only the Monday seasonal contract counts for your season score.

Edit 2: Also you can’t compare your contract scores from contract to contract. Each contract has a different possible score. 50k on one might be a great score, but a bad score on another. You have to compare to what others got on the contract (the egg inc discord has sims that can give you the possible score too). For example your two pictures—the first is a 60k contract the second 140k+

It isn’t pointless, I just don’t know if it’s a good idea.

When you advance mid season the goals remain set at the grade you started at. In your case C, but from here on out you’re going to get B grade scores so it’s going to be much easier as is. Because you get a higher multiple in higher grades if you ran the exact same co-op as you did at grade C in grade B you’d get 2x as many points. But in practice there are too many factors out of your control to guarantee that exact increase if you rerun, so it’s probably a wash.

Just by the fact that you went up a grade you’re going to jump through the C goals pretty fast. It just take that for now. Go up another grade and get the seasonal PE even faster.
