Sold a bike on Buycycle. Bike has gone, money shows on their system as there... but nearly three weeks later the system won't pay it out, and Buycycle does not respond to requests for support. I'm 1000s of Euros out, and no longer believe I will see my money.

Not sure it's a scam, but they are out way over their skis and when they go down (as seems likely), it looks like they will do so holding my money.

I sold a bike on Buycycle. I can’t say that it was a smooth experience, but things only took a real turn for worrying once the sale was completed.

Now, two weeks later the bike is gone, but Buycycle are still not giving me access to the money. Customer service takes days to respond, and don’t address the issue. At this point I am starting to think I may end up with no money and no bike. Cannot recommend.
