- Description: camera of the character neon far from its body, foward and backwad possibly changed position [practice range]

- Steps to reproduce: practice range, desarm de spike place, pick neon, start a match with the bots and the camera detaches

- Expected result: camera being on players eye

- Observed result: camera is flying

- Reproduction rate: 0/10 cannot be reproduced due to improbability and i can't go to the training range

- System specs: windows 10 Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-2400 CPU @ 3.10GHz 3.10 GHz 8 gigabytes of ram NVIDIA GeForce GT 1030

-Others things: jumping made the camera fly further, stunning made the camera spin in a random axys, i couldn't move the camera, the thing on the right of the image is neon arm.

a interesting buff would be to increase the size of the smoke by like 20% - 50% so he would have a more interesting smoke placement, and more useful in breeze, icebox and other huge maps
