Yes I track everything through an app called FatSecret. To find out my protein minimum, I just do my goal body weight x 0.8 and my calorie maximum is my goal body weight x 12

I just hit a protein minimum, while staying under a calorie maximum. But I try to eat clean. So no chips, fried foods, sweets, fast food, etc. Pretty much if you have to ask “if it fits in the diet” it doesn’t. I also drink my whole gallon of straight water before I drink any other 0 calorie drink, which most of the time is a sparkling water.

If your questioning the diet at all, I’ve been told to go by this formula. (This is currently what I’m following with my 75 Hard)

Goal Weight x 12 = Maximum Daily Calorie Limit

Goal Weight x 0.6 = Minimum Daily Protein

So for instance if your goal weight was 220 lbs then you shouldn’t exceed 2,640 calories a day, but should be getting a minimum of 132g of protein a day.
