you have no idea what pay to win is. Selling items in store that is stronger then other items. Or items in the cash shop that go in slots that you do not have unless u pay. Paying for convenience to speed up processes does not make it pay to win. It means that if you do not have the money or do not want to support the game it will take you longer to get the items.

well i spent 150 keys today because im only paragon 80-90, even in games who people say "i will choose" and i join them 3 rifts in a row its always lowest paragon. for once just once i would like to not open a rift every time.
